About Us.
Ayushmat Ltd was incorporated in Mauritius on 11th April 2018 as a private company holding a Global Business Licence issued by the Financial Services Commission and is operating as a Collective Investment Scheme (an authorisation issued under Section 97 of the Securities Act 2005). The company also holds a Category I Foreign Portfolio Investor (“FPI”) licence from SEBI India on 15th September 2021. The registered office address of the Company is at 3rd Floor, Rogers House, No.5 President John Kennedy Street, Port Louis, Mauritius.
The fund’s goal is to attain long term capital appreciation by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of equities and equity derivatives, listed, quoted, or traded on any stock exchange or over the counter market but not restricted to India and neighbouring Asian countries and through investment in American Depository Receipts or Global Depository Receipts on which securities are of Indian or Asian companies as its strategy.

Vikram Rege
Vikram Rege has an MBA degree in Marketing from Leeds University Business School with over 15 years of experience in investing in securities and debt in the emerging markets wherein he has successfully serviced institutional and high net worth clients in the areas of equity sales. He has been able to leverage his in-depth knowledge of the operational aspects of the capital markets to execute complex transactions in a simplistic manner. Mr. Rege is an approved person with the FCA holding the role of SMF3 Executive Director as well as the certified/assessed controlled function of client dealing.

Vivek Sharma Soudagur
Vivek Sharma Soudagur is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants. He started his career in auditing prior to joining to Rogers Capital. With over 10 years of experience in financial services, Vivek has a very good understanding in the Global Business sector. His areas of expertise are Closed Ended and Open Ended Funds, CIS Manager and Investment Holdings.

Iqbal Dulloo
Iqbal is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is also a Member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants and a Member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors since June 2010. Iqbal has over 24 years of professional experience in the fields of accounting and finance. Prior to joining Rogers Capital, he spent more than 8 years with Cim Global Business where he managed the daily operations of the Fund department. His portfolio included both Closed Ended and Open-Ended Funds, CIS manager and Investment Holdings. He also acted as Director for several client companies including Listed entities. He has spent 12 years with Emtel Ltd, where he has been extensively involved in the daily operations of the finance department. He joined Rogers Capital Corporate Services in March 2016.
